My photographic work centers on the beauty of the natural environment, and the ways people have created beauty in the built environment, sometimes despite themselves. I focus on creating images that evoke an emotional sense of place. I’m especially fond of shooting locations like Nantucket, and the rural Northeastern U.S., where history remains visually alive.
